Downtime <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Merupakan waktu yang telah dijadwalkan sebelumnya untuk dilakukan tindakan maintenance, perbaikan, upgrade ataupun testing sofware. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-unplanned-downtine\">Unplanned Downtime<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adalah waktu yang dilakukan untuk melakukan maintenance tanpa persiapan yang diakibatkan karena hal &#8211; hal tidak terduga. Hal ini mampu mengurangi resiko downtime apabila salah satu switch mengalami kerusakan.
